7.5: Finally, some track work

Finally, a weekend day that I'm free and the weather's good! When I started, the track was about 15 feet from the gate. It's been decreed that there shall be an operating loop for Serafina's first birthday, so I've redirected effort to the inner (smaller) loop.
When I was done, the track extended about 25 feet beyond the gate. With any luck (and now with Daylight Savings), I'll be able to put the ties on tomorrow and give it a little jog to the right.
